Today, we’re excited to share some new changes. The latest app streamlines workflows and makes it even easier to collaborate with your team.
Once you upgrade, you’ll see a fully redesigned home screen with relevant information about active campaigns, as well as quick links to review both active and inactive campaigns. You can now jump straight to review or dive into individual campaigns to see how your previous outreach has performed.
Review candidates with better visibility into candidate information
Profile cards have a new look and feel, giving you fast access to the most important and relevant information. At the top, you’ll see general candidate information such as the candidate’s name, location, the campaign they were sourced for, and an overview of their work experience. This summary helps you quickly understand whether to look at the profile in more depth.
Leave feedback for us
Expanding the card shows the candidate’s work experience and history. Leave feedback with the x or checkmark to the right of specific experiences to improve candidate matching. You can also visit social profile links to learn more about the candidate.
Swiping in the app is familiar and easy: swipe left to reject, swipe right to accept and initiate outreach. You can also use the accept and reject buttons at the bottom of the card. To skip the candidate, tap the middle button. Candidates you like will receive outreach via TopFunnel, and we’ll work to get them on your calendar.
At any time, you can leave general feedback or chat with your Account Manager or TopFunnel Talent Partner through links at the bottom of the card.
