More Tech Companies Are Allowing Workers to Stay Remote Post-Pandemic

A growing number of tech companies say workers do not need to come into the physical office anymore if they do not want to. The change comes as pandemic-related closures kept workers out of the office for months. With leading companies like Dropbox, Microsoft, Twitter and Square allowing employees a variety of telecommuting or work-from-home options, more employers will be pushed to accommodate talent looking for flexible remote work policies.
