Recently, we introduced some additional refinements like the ability to give a quick thumbs-up or thumbs-down on any part of the candidate profile including a candidate’s skills, experiences, and education, to let your team know what you’re looking for.

Now, we’re making mobile feedback more in-depth with the addition of a dedicated feedback form. The feedback form allows you to write open-ended feedback about any candidate you’re reviewing. When you swipe left or right, this feedback gets immediately sent back to the sourcer.

This addition brings stronger collaboration between your teams and helps our team learn more about the types of candidates you’re looking for.
